On the Thursday afternoon there will be a guided tour of Durham Castle and a formal dinner will take place in the castle’s great hall on the first evening.
Sites will include: Durham Castle; Raby Castle; Barnard Castle; Bowes; Witton-le-Wear; Brancepeth; Bishop Auckland Palace; Lumley Castle; Hylton Castle Gatehouse; Tynemouth Castle (& Priory).
Delegates to make their own way to Collingwood College on 12th April; drop-offs at Newcastle Central Station and Durham Station on 15th April.
Full board (packed lunches), including a formal dinner in the Great Hall of Durham Castle. Double and single rooms are available.
